TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT:

A deposit of 50% plus the cost of the venue if applicable is required to secure your booking with us. With the balance to be paid seven days prior to your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the session is cancelled within 24hours of the booking 0% of the balance will be refunded. If the seesion is cancelled within 2-4 days of the booking 50% of the balance will be refunded. If the session is cancelled 5 days or more before the booking 100% of the balance will be refunded.

Should the weather prove inclement during an outdoor session, KJB's will be unable to provide our services due to health and safety restrictions.
Should KJB's have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, KJB's would offer to refund the balance payment for your session or credit your account with the total value, to be used against a future booking.
As we can not provide a safe and enjoyable session in unpleasant weather. We strongly recommend you weatherproof your booking by playing indoors, should you have any concerns regarding the weather.
